This episode is about my Dream Life Coaching Program—a transformational journey to help you step into your dream life. Whether or not you decide to join, my aim is to inspire you to start living the life you truly want.
At the time of this recording, we’re preparing for an extraordinary year in 2025. My goal is always to make each year my best yet. Imagine having that mindset for yourself. Every single year could be better than the last. Let me guide you on this journey to a life of inspiration, transformation, and action.
Grab a cup of tea or coffee, light a candle, and let’s get started.
To live your dream life, you need the Dream Life Formula. Here are its nine steps:
- Be Clear on Your Dreams. Write down your dreams. If you don’t know where to start, the “Your Dream Life Starts Here” online course (part of the coaching program) can help.
- Follow Your Passions. Life is more joyful when you pursue what you love. Passion also helps you navigate challenges.
- Clarify Your Values. Once you know your values, decisions become easier. Reassess them every year, as they evolve with you.
- Live Your Purpose. Your purpose will shift and grow. This is something we’ll explore deeply in the program.
- Believe You Can Do It. Self-doubt is common, but it’s essential to have someone who believes in you. That’s why I’m here—to show you that no dream is too big.
- Be Part of a Supportive Community. Surrounding yourself with like-minded people is vital. Our community offers both support and inspiration.
- Take Small, Consistent Actions. Identify your top three dreams for the year and take one small step daily toward them.
- Show Up Consistently. Consistency is key. Those who participate regularly in our Monday sessions achieve incredible results.
- Be Accountable. Accountability increases your chances of success. Monthly accountability sessions help you stay on track.
Every month of the program focuses on a unique theme and habit. Here’s a glimpse of what 2025 will look like:
- January: Plan your year. Create a clear vision and take small daily steps toward your dreams.
- February: Build a morning ritual that energizes and grounds you. Participate in a group detox for a fresh start.
- March: Reflect on Q1 and prepare for Q2. Start daily journaling to track progress and lessons.
- April: Master productivity with smarter work strategies and daily breathwork.
- May: Manifest your dreams with guided meditation and visualization.
- June: Conduct a mid-year reset and integrate daily movement.
- July: Empower yourself financially. Track your spending and align it with your dream life values.
- August: Share your unique gifts with the world. Focus on hydration for better energy and focus.
- September: Declutter daily to create mental and physical space. Prepare for the final quarter.
- October: Deepen your connection to your values. Add greens to your diet for wellness.
- November: Cultivate resilience and positivity. Read 10 pages daily from inspiring books.
- December: Reflect, celebrate, and dream forward. Practice daily kindness or try a no-complaint challenge.
This is just a taste of what you can expect. The program is much more than content—it’s a community of like-minded people who support and uplift each other.
