Today, we’re diving into a powerful topic: How would you like to achieve more in the next 90 days than most people do in an entire year?
It’s absolutely possible, and I’m going to show you how. So, grab your favorite journal, and let’s get started!
Why Do Most People Struggle to Achieve Their Dreams & Goals?
We start the year with big dreams and ambitious goals. But life happens—distractions, busy schedules, and fading motivation—and before we know it, months have passed with little progress.
So, what’s the secret to massive progress in a short time? The key is focused, intentional action—not just setting goals, but creating a clear 90-day plan and following through.
If you find yourself setting the same goals year after year with little progress, you’re not alone. But today, I want to change that for you. Let’s fast-track your success by harnessing the power of a 90-day plan.
Why 90 Days?
A year can feel overwhelming, but three months? That’s manageable. It’s enough time to make significant progress, but short enough to stay focused. Here’s how to make it work for you:
Step 1: Set ONE Big Goal for the Next Quarter
Instead of spreading yourself thin with multiple goals, pick one major goal—the one that will create the biggest impact in your life.
Ask yourself: If I could achieve only ONE thing in the next 90 days, what would make the biggest difference?
It could be:
- Launching your business
- Writing the first three chapters of your book
- Getting consistent with health and fitness
- Building strong daily habits
Whatever it is, commit to it fully. Clarity is everything.
Step 2: Break It Down into Monthly Milestones
Big goals can feel overwhelming, so break them into smaller steps:
- Month 1: Lay the foundation – What do you need to set up?
- Month 2: Build momentum – What actions will move you forward?
- Month 3: Refine and complete – How will you finish strong?
Write these milestones in your journal and keep them visible.
Step 3: Create Weekly Action Steps
Now, make it even simpler. Each week, choose three key actions that move you closer to your goal.
For example, if your goal is writing a book:
- Week 1: Outline your chapters
- Week 2: Write 2,000 words
- Week 3: Edit the first section
Small, consistent steps lead to BIG results.
Step 4: Use Daily Rituals to Stay on Track
Habits shape your future. Ask yourself: What small daily rituals will keep me moving forward?
- A morning journaling ritual to set intentions
- Blocking 90 minutes each day for deep work
- A nightly review to reflect on progress
By staying connected to your goal daily, you’ll avoid the “I’ll do it later” trap.
