Today, I’m thrilled to share a very special episode: 25 Things to Do in 2025 to Make It Your Best Year Yet. I love approaching each year with the mindset of making it my best one yet. When you commit to that mindset and plan accordingly, you’re bound to keep evolving into the best version of yourself.
Let’s dive straight into these 25 inspiring and practical tips to make 2025 truly transformational for you.

Start with reflection and intention.
Take some time to reflect on 2024—your wins, lessons, and challenges. Reliving the highlights of the year and uncovering silver linings in challenges can be incredibly rewarding. Then, use a journal to write a letter to your future self about your hopes and dreams for 2025. -
Create a vision statement.
Write an inspiring vision statement for what your dream life looks like this year. Include your big dreams, small joys, and how you want to show up each day. Read it every morning and night to keep it front and center in your mind. -
Define your top three dreams.
Choose three major dreams to focus on for the year and break them into quarterly plans. By treating each quarter like a mini year, you can adjust as you go and maintain momentum. -
Prioritize health and wellness.
Without your health, it’s hard to achieve your dreams. Focus on balanced nutrition, exercise, hydration, and quality sleep to stay energized. -
Decide on a word of the year.
