#150 – THE MAGICAL POWER OF GRATITUDE, by Kristina Karlsson

 

Hello and welcome back to a very special episode 150!

I can hardly believe it, and I am so very grateful that I get to do what I love and that it inspires others around the world at the same time. Talk about living my dream life?!

If you’re a frequent listener, you’ll know that this podcast was born when I asked myself “What would I do if I knew I couldn’t fail?”. And starting a podcast came up for me. But with that came self-doubt and many un-useful thoughts. But I decided to just start anyway.

I’m so glad I did.

The first fifty episodes were difficult, but just like anything, you don’t need to be great to start, but you need to start to be great.  And now 150 episodes in, with over 2 million listeners in over 150 countries I am so grateful - and this is one of my favourites things to do.

The feedback I get from you all is overwhelming and I’m so grateful to be helping others in my small way – and thankful that you tune in and share.

So, this episode is my gift to you, as I share some simple ideas about the magical power of gratitude.
