A New Quarter, A New Chance to Reset & Reflect

As we step into a brand new quarter — that beautiful feeling of a fresh chapter unfolding — I wanted to share something a little different this week.

Originally, I had a guest interview planned for the podcast. But as life would have it, things didn’t go to plan. And instead of pushing through or scrambling for a backup, I felt drawn in a different direction.

I sat down with my journal — something I do every morning — and what poured out felt important. It came from the heart. So I grabbed my mic and recorded this week’s podcast episode solo, in the moment. Just you and me.

And what I want to talk about is something we all need a little more of right now — reflection, alignment, and the gentle reminder that we’re allowed to pause and re-centre.

The Wake-Up Call None of Us Asked For

Just days before recording the episode, I received news that someone I knew had passed away. She wasn’t a close friend, but her death hit me hard. She was young. It was unexpected. And it made me think deeply about how fragile and precious this life is.

It’s easy to forget. To get caught up in routines, responsibilities, the scrolling, the rushing… But when something like this happens, we’re shaken awake. We remember that we don’t have forever. That every moment matters.

And that’s where the power of intentional living comes in. It’s not about perfection. It’s about choosing — consciously — to create a life that feels meaningful. A life that’s truly yours.

What Does a Dream Life Actually Look Like?

One of the things I explore in the episode is what a Dream Life really means. Spoiler: It’s not a highlight reel. It’s not someone else’s version of success. It’s a life you’ve chosen. A life that feels aligned with your dreams, values, passions and purpose.

For me, that looks like:
💛 Waking up excited about my work
💛 Coaching and connecting with women from all over the world
💛 Creating beautiful, inspiring products
💛 Traveling to new cities, walking for hours with no destination
💛 Sipping coffee slowly, journaling, soaking in quiet moments

Yes, there are challenges — because life is always going to be life — but when I’m living in alignment, those challenges feel lighter. I feel guided. Anchored. Purposeful.

A Magical Day in Melbourne

Recently, I hosted an in-person catch-up with our Dream Life Coaching members in Melbourne. And it was truly magical.

Women came together from different walks of life, with different dreams and goals — and yet, there was this beautiful sense of connection and shared energy. Like-minded souls, supporting one another. I left feeling so lit up.

It reminded me why community is such a powerful part of the Dream Life journey. And it sparked a new dream for me: to take these gatherings global. Imagine Dream Life Coaching Circles happening all around the world. That’s something I’m actively working toward now — and I can’t wait to see it come to life.

A New Quarter = A Mini New Year

Here we are — at the start of a new quarter. I like to think of these seasonal shifts as mini New Years. It’s the perfect time to check in with yourself and ask:

✨ What do I want to focus on?
✨ What dreams need my attention?
✨ What habits will support me this season?
✨ Am I living my dream life — or moving toward it?

These questions aren’t always easy, but they are powerful. And they can lead to profound clarity.

As I was planning our next coaching workshop, which is all about Productivity that aligns with Purpose, I noticed a common theme among our members: Everyone is busy. And being busy isn’t bad — as long as we’re busy with the right things.

The things that matter. The things that energise us. The things that move us closer to the life we actually want.
